AlphaFold 3.0.4 installed

AlphaFold 3.0.4 was installed. This version can run inference only with CPU. Job samples can be found in /apl/alphafold/samples/3.0.4.

Options "--flash_attention_implementation=xla --jax_backend=cpu" may be necessary to run with CPU. Please note that execution with CPU takes a very long time, so we recommend using the GPU unless you are working with short sequences.
